A. What Information Do We Gather About You?
The information gathered when you interact with the Website falls into two categories: 1) Personal information, which includes personal information you supply when you email CHC; and 2) non-personal information collected through technological means, which includes tracking information.
1) Personal Information
Email Contact. We offer you the opportunity to email CHC directly through the Website’s “Contact Us” page. If you email CHC, we may collect, analyze, and use personal information you provide in the email, including names, the email or IP address from which you send the information, and any other personal information you include in the email.
CHC may also send you emails related to account verification, changes or updates to features of the Services, technical and security notices, reminders of upcoming dates or course registration or certification deadlines, and the like. These communications are necessary and, therefore, you may not be able to opt of from receiving them. Information you provide in response to these emails may be gathered by CHC.
2) Non-Personal Information Collected Using Technology
We use various Internet technologies to manage and track use of the Website. Non-personal information that we collect using these technologies may be combined with other information about you.
Device Information. We may collect non-personal information about the computer, mobile device or other device you use to access the Website, such as IP address, geolocation information, unique device identifiers, browser type, browser language and other transactional information.
Mobile Data. When you visit or use the Website on your phone, tablet, or other mobile device, we may receive, store and process different types of information about your location, including general information (e.g., IP address, zip code) and more specific information (e.g., GPS-based functionality on mobile devices). IP Addresses. We may log your IP address (the location of your computer or device on the Internet). We use IP addresses for system administration and troubleshooting purposes, to customize content for specific regions, and to track access and use of the Website.
Cookies, Beacons, Local Storage and Other Similar Technologies. We use “cookies,” Web beacons, HTML5 local storage and other similar technologies. These technologies allow us to manage access to and use of the Website and help us understand how people use the Website.

We track your activities if you click on advertisements for CHC services on third party platforms such as search engines and social networks, and may use analytics to track what you do in response to those advertisements.
We may, either directly or through third party companies and individuals we engage to provide services to us, also continue to track your behavior within the Website for purposes of our own customer support, analytics, research, product development, fraud prevention, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, investigation, as well as to enable you to use and access the Website and pay for your activities within the Website. We may also, either directly or through third party companies and individuals we engage to provide services to us, track your behavior when using our Website to market and advertise to you within the Website and on third party websites.
B. What Do We Do with the Information We Gather About You

- Optimize Customer experience of the Website;
- Help create and maintain a trusted and safer environment within the Website, such as fraud detection and prevention, conducting investigations and risk assessments, verifying the information in listings, verifying any identifications provided by you, and conducting checks against databases such as public government databases;
- Send you service, support and administrative messages, reminders, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and information requested by you;

We may also review, scan, or analyze your communications exchanged within the Website for fraud prevention, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, investigation, product development, research and customer support purposes. For example, as part of our fraud prevention efforts, we may scan and analyze messages to mask contact information and references to other websites. This helps to prevent fraudulent actors from asking Customers to send them money outside of the Website, such as by bank transfer or other money transfer methods. We may also scan, review or analyze messages for research and product development purposes, as well as to debug product offerings.
We will not review, scan, or analyze your communications for sending third party marketing messages to you. We will also not sell these reviews or analyses of communications to third parties. We will also use automated methods to carry out these reviews or analyses where reasonably possible. However, from time to time we may have to manually review some communications. By using the Website, you consent that CHC, in its sole discretion, may review, scan, analyze, and store your communications, whether done manually or through automated means.

Other Customers. When a Customer signs up through the Website for a CHC training course via a third party training partner, we may ask the Customer to review the course, the instructor and/or the services provides by the instructor. Reviews from Customers may become public within the Website.
Change of Control. In the future, CHC may sell, buy, merge or partner with other companies or businesses. In such transactions, we may include your information among the transferred assets.
E. What is Our Email Policy?
If you send us emails, you should be aware that information disclosed may not be secure or encrypted and thus may be available to others. We suggest that you exercise caution when deciding to disclose any personal or confidential information in emails. We will use your email address to respond directly to your questions or comments and may retain your email address for commercial purposes.

CHC does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13. The Website is not directed at children under the age of 13. In addition, access to or use of the Website by anyone under 18 requires parental consent. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, or anyone under the age of 18 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
